Are you drinking enough water?

Many women can't give up their coffee or tea. While it is OK to consume may be glass or two of coffee or Tea, it is very important to keep yourself hydrated by drinking water too. Teas, sodas and alcoholic beverages can act as a diuretic and too much consumption can lead to dehydration. Once you become pregnant, you definitely want to increase your water consumption.

Not only does water help improve skin tone, and is naturally good for a mom, but it helps improve baby’s health too.

Problems like heavy sweating, vomiting, nausea, and swelling can be alleviated to an extent if the mother drinks enough water. During pregnancy the blood volume of the pregnant mother increases to support the demands of baby, it is so crucial that mother drinks enough of water.

You need to keep a bottle of water close to you and make sure you consume water through the day.
