2. Dates and Bananas milkshake

The natural sweetness of the dates and bananas is enriched by the addition of milk and it provides for all the required calcium, protein and iron to supplement your diet.

1/4 cup dates (khajur)

1/2 banana

1 cup milk

4 to 5 ice-cubes

 

Method

  1. Soak the dates in warm milk or water for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the soaked dates, milk, and banana with 4 to 5 cubes of ice and blend in a mixer
  3. Serve immediately.
